The whole month, without retyping it.
Upload the invoice, forward it by email or snap a photo. The AI fills in the supplier, the dates, the lines and the IGI. You check it, and it is posted. The journal is not typed in again somewhere else.
Andbank comes in on its own every day, and Tributs suggests what it matches. Creand and MoraBanc are next; until then, you upload the statement. Form 900 comes from your books: you review it and file it at the Oficina Virtual. We do not file it for you.
The country, from day one.
IGI is 4.5%, and also 9.5, 2.5, 1 and 0. The chart of accounts is Decree 479/2025. Payroll speaks CASS. Corporate tax, IRNR and IRPF come out of the same books.
Spanish software with the rate edited still says IVA in the menu and leaves the 900 in a spreadsheet. This does not.
Yours, even when the firm logs in.
Each company lives in its own database. If you ever leave, you take the numbers with you. If you invite the firm, they come in as a guest and you can remove them. The software stays yours.
If you are the firm, you see every client's deadline, sorted by what is on fire. The firm panel is free, with no client cap. Each client pays their own fee, or you take it on. Same product either way: there is no small edition with the doors locked.
One price. Not a shelf of modules.
Free through 2026, no card, no lock-in. From 1 January 2027, €19 a month if you are self-employed and €45 if you are a company, plus 4.5% IGI. A company pays more because the tax work is heavier, not because we hide payroll behind a lock.
If you want the books and Form 900, specifically, accounting software.
